My brother and I have been riding gas our whole lives and finally went electric, ordered two SRs at once. Lizzy got us a solid deal on the pair and the order was painless. Both showed up within the week, both flawless. We've been tearing up our property every weekend since and the grin doesn't go away. The fact that I can text the same person who sold it to me if I have a question is huge, the dealer experience is night and day from buying a gas bike.

Ok so I research everything to death before I buy and I had probably 20 questions about the SR vs the SS before pulling the trigger. Max literally texted me back for like three days straight, never once made me feel like I was being annoying, even sent me a couple videos comparing the two. That's why I bought from Creature Racing instead of the cheaper place I found, you're not just buying a bike you're buying actual humans who answer the phone. Bike is insane btw, race mode is terrifying in the best way.

Was honestly nervous ordering something this expensive online but the whole thing was smooth. Got tracking the same day, Michael kept me in the loop, and it showed up double boxed with zero damage. Build was straightforward, the app walked me through tuning. Coming off an 8kw pit bike and 25kW is just a different planet. No regrets going with these guys.

Here's what got me. I called ready to buy the SR and Victoria actually asked me a bunch of questions about my experience and almost steered me toward the SS instead so I wouldn't get in over my head. I appreciated that she wasn't just trying to take my money. I ended up getting the SR anyway because I've ridden for years, but the honesty is why I'll buy my next three bikes from Creature Racing. Knowledgeable, patient, real.

this is my first serious emoto and i was super intimidated. the team at creature racing made it way less scary, sera spent forever on the phone explaining the power modes and telling me to start in eco and work up which honestly probably saved me from eating it day one. the bike is everything i hoped, pulls like crazy. shipping was quick and the support after the sale has been just as good as before i paid. cant recommend enough

No complaints about the bike itself, the SR absolutely rips and the app tuning is addicting. Only reason for 4 stars is mine took a little longer to ship than I hoped, but in fairness they were upfront about the timeline and Max checked in with me the whole way so I always knew where things stood. Once it arrived everything was perfect. Communication was honestly better than places that shipped me stuff faster. Would buy again.
